As we prepare for Saturday's event, "The President's Own" Marine Band has arrived at the manor and begun rehearsing. They will perform "Hail, Columbia," which now as the Vice President's entrance music. They will play the Star-Spangled Banner to honor the lives lost on Lusitania

Portraits have been delivered to Petit Chateau from France and Italy. Along with The New York City planners have been redesigned and added a park called the Grand Army Plaza in front of Petit Chateau featuring many new things for people to do.

The Regency Room was completed recently and Mrs Schermerhorn has designed it very lovely with a few minor fixes still being worked on by order of Mr Schermerhorn.

So far recent developments to the Petit Chateau Ballroom! Featuring a new Orchestra pit, mirrors, and new wall panelings and a new Mural on the roof.

Wonderful day in High Society as the Anderson family is elevated to a Marquessate! So glad to see Rosaline become a Marchioness in her own right!
