We scripted and storyboarded in the morning and created our animations in the afternoon using the ipads

We have been looking at number patterns this week and we were using the fibonacci sequence to create mathematical patterns in the classroom and playground!

For today's STEM challenge P6C had to create an object that would travel the furthest distance. They had to decide which resources would be the best for the job from a variety of materials.

Our two stars of the week from last week, we had some scheduling difficulties getting the photograph but we got there eventually, well done chaps!

This man entertained the troops pre game with his rendition of Flower of Scotland on the chanter! What an effort!

We were utilising bearings today as part of an outdoor numeracy activity.

For our STEM challenge we were focusing on management of resources and trying to create as many wearable items as possible from a very limited amount of resources!

We created feathers using chalk pastels as part of our focus on native american culture. The results are amazing

P6C have been looking back at some of our favourite maths topics this week. Today they generated information through surveys and displayed the data on giant playground graphs!

Using the knowledge and skills gained from our Friday art lesson, P6C created dreamcatchers, the feather effects were amazing!!

For our final STEM lesson we had to create hats that could withstand 3 seperate challenges! Great fun! #STEM
