A2: Honor everyone's time, if it takes longer pay them or end the meeting. Follow through with adult consequences, trust them to do their job. I think regular one on ones have been amazing for our team and helped me grow as a leader.

Love kids. Take care of themselves. Give helpful feedback. Speak up sooner than later. Love kids. Show up and Show out. Be present... in meetings, in PD, in class, in conversations, and PLCs more mental than physical.

As an admin, I feel most of these tools were built to weed out poor teachers. Our goal has shifted to build, coach, nurture, and mentor. The old tools are ineffective in the new way of training and coaching. #UTedChat
