On Saturday I completed my “Lockdown Birthday Marathon” for 💡𝗘 𝗡 𝗟 𝗜 𝗚 𝗛 𝗧 𝗘 𝗡💡The Shadows. The conditions were tough, but with the support of my mates, I completed it in a time of 3:31:46 🏃🏻‍♂️ I am immensely proud in the knowledge that the money raised will save lives and prevent suicides 🙏🏽❤️
