We signed this letter a while ago and it feels worth sharing again now. If you don't follow the issues it can be hard to understand what the difference is between decrim and legalisation, and what's at stake, but this links to good explanations too: decrimnow.org.uk/open-letter-on…

If you're a fan of children's literature, a children's author at any stage of your career get along to this, so many fabulous nuggets of information and history in this book. Including why, a week with Willi, the worm became a hungry caterpillar.

The shoestring that Traveller Pride runs on is very close to snapping, but also we have some fun things coming up, and I'd love to be able to eat food and have hot showers whilst we do those things. gofundme.com/f/traveller-pr…

Do you want to deliver culturally appropriate healthcare to Gypsies and Travellers? We've put together a leaflet outlining common prostate cancer symptoms, with a helpful diagram to use to show doctors where the issue is. Read: gypsy-traveller.org/resource/gypsy…

As members of the Alliance for Racial Justice we are proud to have contributed to this report. Contained in this report is an important assessment of the #EqualityAct2010 and its failure to tackle institutional racism. The Alliance calls on The Labour Party to urgently update the Act.

#ReinstateWinterFuelPayments Our house is old, the front windows are not double glazed. Our daughter advised us to buy a dehumidifier to deal with the mould on the windows due to us not heating rooms. Glad we did as it looks like it will be getting a lot more use this winter. 🌨️

People from Gypsy and Traveller communities had a lot to say about the education offered in prisons! Accessing it, the appropriateness of it, having to choose between work or education, not being unlocked to attend education. It must be inclusive!

Parents and carers: there's been a change of T-Code language if not of policy when it comes to taking children out of school. Still no clarity on being absent for a "substantial part of the year".
