We have such a promise and strength extended to us in Psalm 27. Read it, cling to it, and walk in it!

When Jesus saw the crowds, Scripture tells us his heart was moved to compassion. What happens when you see your city? Your neighborhood? Your block? Lord, we pray that you'd cultivate a similar degree of broken-hearted compassion in us as well!

Spiritual and social impact means rooting ourselves in the heart and hands of God. We pray and get in line with his heart and will for all people, and then make moves to join Him in His work.
