martial law in south korea means the enforcement of a military dictatorship and some of y’all’s first thought is “but how about promotions?” .. i don’t think the cancellation of music and award shows is the issue here. show some empathy

Men who are in service currently have their discharge dates postponed. Not just famous people we know but everyday people who were hoping to return home this month, next month, anytime soon... they're now stuck in military service indefinitely.
