It was lovely to spend time this morning at Ramsbottom Pantry to see how they run things as we have been working alongside them since November when they started with weekly customer donations and seasonal store donations 💖

Jigsaw Bury Jigsaw Link enjoyed their Christmas lunch! Thank you Alyson Maughan - Community Champion for donating soup and to @TheSizzleSisters for the Afternoon Tea boxes. It was great to see Home Instead Bury visit 👍🧩🎄🎅🥪🍰🍜#christmasiscoming #happy
It was fantastic to welcome Labour’s shadow Work and Pensions secretary Jonathan Ashworth alongside James Frith MP & Clare Cummins 💙 down to the pantry today to show them all that we do to help the Ramsbottom community. Thank you for your visit. 🌹💖
The pandemic has shone on a light on sharpe inequalities & desperate insecurities in the economy. Covid knocked so many off a tightrope. The Universal Credit cut is a real hammer blow. Yesterday I visited two food banks in Bury with James Frith MP to hear people’s real stories.
