The Morgan County Courthouse will open at 10 am tomorrow, Monday January 3.

The Morgan County Courthouse will be closed tomorrow Thursday January 6 because of potentially bad weather.

Helping those who help the others The Morgan County Commission approved $1.2 million of the County’s ARPA funds to organizations in the county. The Child Advocacy Center, Community Free Clinic, Mental Health Center, and Morgan/Decatur Farmers Market. NACo Digital Team Alabama Counties

The Morgan County Commission held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the County’s first gym. The County Park and Recreation had always used the schools gyms for their programs. This is the first of several gyms Morgan County plans to build. NACo Digital Team Alabama Counties

The Morgan County Commission opened a Time Capsule that had been buried in 2000 at the Courthouse. It was interesting to see items from the past. Sara McClellan from the Commission office organized the event. Around 50 people witnessed the opening. NACo Alabama Counties
