If we want more transit, cycling infrastructure, and money for other important things like healthcare and education we really need to learn how to build transit cost effectively again in Ontario.

Go Train service on the Milton Line and at Hamilton GO centre is cancelled due to the strike. Travellers in Hamilton can use West Harbour GO, Aldershot GO or the 16 GO bus. Travellers on the Milton Line should use Kitchener/Lakeshore GO train services

Some new renderings of Toronto's Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (Line 5 extension) elevated guideway at Scarlett Road and at Eglinton Flats. Elevated rail fits right in to Etobicoke, and is a fast and cheaper way to build better transit. From: metrolinx.com/en/projects-an…

This new fully underground subway extension in Seoul costs 10x less per km than the Ontario Line. With the money we are spending on the Ontario Line, we could get 183km of underground subway at Seoul's prices.
