I had a fantastic time today at the HOPE #LatinaActionDay ! It was great to speak with so many Latinas ready to close the wage gap, strengthen civic participation, and increase the number of women on our State Boards and Commissions!

I was proud to head to D.C. last week to speak with our California representatives on natural disaster response, climate change, transportation and so much more. I am grateful for the continued collaboration! 🏛🇺🇸

Today, Team Limón attended the celebration of the San Ysidro roundabout with SBCAG & Caltrans District 5! This huge collaborative effort is thanks in part to state funding and will soon help keep bikers and pedestrians in our community safe.

This week, Team Limón attended the 50 year celebration of the Santa Barbara Courthouse Docent Council! There were several docents in attendance who started the program 50 years ago most notably, Peggy Hayes who recently turned 103 years old!
