How much emphasis is put on the A:V ratio when ablating AVNRT? SP site w/ 'ideal A:V' on A2B2. Wavefront-corrected OT EGM would typically be seen as too large of an A. Has an error in directional sensitivity been assumed as physiology? challenges convention.
