“Uh oh, baby still isn’t head down!” Don’t let that sentence scare you 97% of babies turn head down on their own before 36 weeks And the other 3% - born safely via c-section, after an ECV, or by vaginal breech birth! Normalize not stressing moms out about baby’s positioning.

“Try eating a pineapple!” “Try drinking red raspberry leaf tea!” “Try eating spicy food!” “Try getting a pedicure!” These things may be fun to try to get yourself into labor, but... Did you know nipple stimulation is a PROVEN, evidence based option to get yourself in labor?

Quick fact: Just because your labor stalls does not mean anything at ALL is wrong with you, your body, or your baby! Let's normalize that labor isn't linear, and stalling can just be a natural part of your journey to meeting baby.

What happens when you've been in pain for quite some time, and it's relieved? You RELAX! Relaxed muscles (more specifically, your pelvic floor) = more room for baby to descend in your pelvis.
