We learned this week of the administration’s finalized plan to layoff non-tenure-eligible faculty (NTEs). Please take a moment to read Dr. Scott Challener’s “A Note to My Students on My Future with William & Mary” (t.ly/9Kur) Read it. Share it. Speak up.

38.5% of W&M instructors do not have job security. Part-time instructors (20%) can be fired at will, and 13% of W&M's instructors have to worry about losing their jobs EVERY YEAR. And this data doesn't even consider grad instructors! Our professors deserve better.

Such an informative post about an important and ongoing conversation of tribal sovereignty and the rights of Native peoples to exercise choice in bodily autonomy, family planning, and child rearing in whatever form that looks like. Thanks @ems_mag for your great piece.
