Every day when I get a chance of sitting with worthy Director sahib I try to learn some thing new because of his demeanour full of love and affection . Allaha may bless him a lot.

Some time listening to the discussion of worthy officers becomes very interesting because confident & committed officers always inspire other for hard work with their discussion full of innovative ideas. It was my good luck to listen to these blessed personalities/officers.

Imparted training on creation of e-contants to the teachers /Master which will help them in making use of ICT Labs and CAL centres

If ten committees @ ten members each will be constituted . When for the first time each member will inspire and motivate 5 teachers,Masters and Lecturers (each) total 500 incumbents will be inspired and motivated. For the second time 600×5= 3000 will be inspired and motivated

Let us ensure that teachers must understand the importance of the noble profession and must work all the time keeping in view such importance then the scenario of imparting quality Education will change.

When all the teachers will work sincerely and honestly in a most professional manner then they will not be required to do any other service for earning dignity and honour from the Society because this profession can give high dignity and honour than all other services .
