All 268 AlphaFold predictions associated with our study are publicly available on #ModelArchive: modelarchive.org/doi/10.5452/ma…. These predictions range from unbiased screening (histones or FACT subunits against core replisome subunits) to hypothesis-driven subcomplex predictions.
