Young patient with years of intractable back and hip pain. Lesion found on hip MRI. Tremendous edema and enhancement. Initially called Brodieโs abscess, which can be similar on imaging to an osteiod osteoma. RFA Merit Medical had his first pain free day in years. Society of Interventional Radiology
