IDOT will close lanes of I-270 from Riverview Dr. to IL Route 3 on Friday, Aug. 16 at 9 p.m. until Aug. 19 at 5 a.m. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions for road repairs. Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time or use an alternate route.

A crash on eastbound I-70 near Mid Rivers Mall in St. Charles County has four lanes shut down, potentially into morning rush. One lane is getting through at this time. Commuters may want to consider an alternate route.

Crews place new girders on the I-55 bridge in the city of St. Louis over the Union Pacific Railroad to replace those damaged last fall. Crews will continue to do so as the new girders are completed and are delivered. Girder delivery is expected over the next couple of months.

All lanes of westbound I-64 are closed at Chesterfield Parkway due to an accident. Traffic is being diverted onto Chesterfield Parkway.
