Wow ⁦Arthur Rank Hospice⁩ this was quite a surprise thank you so very much

This weekend I walk 3 miles to celebrate 3 years with MND I’ll be supported by my team because I can’t walk unaided raising awareness of motor neurone disease

Three years diagnosed, was given 24 months don’t fight the diagnosis fight the prognosis Arthur Rank Hospice I have total respect for those that have lost a dear one and continue to support the fight against this disease

No words every Christmas

I’m sleeping rough on the streets for a night to raise funds for our local food bank with my team Arthur Rank Hospice

My health has taken a huge decline these last few months where I’ve had the belief I have 3 years I believe I will be lucky to see next Christmas it’s a tough shout but it’s the reality of life 🙏

I don’t have a huge following but o my days you lot are amazing thank you for all your support

I’m developing that over I’ve been declined access the living well centre the hospice is like family Arthur Rank Hospice Sharon Allen Donna Talbot

I last week called a meeting with my health care team and family that they are to action my end of life plan after my charity ball I have navigated my journey with courage and heart and there will be another meeting before to ensure I’m sure Arthur Rank Hospice

It’s with deep sadness that our MND warrior Lee who founded MND Navigate and MND Elite passed away on the 25th May. We are all still heartbroken and our children and me (Tracey his wife) miss him so much. We will keep you legacy alive. #fuckmnd !!
