MISSING PERSON: South St. Paul PD is requesting the public’s help in locating Adam Wallin, 31, 5'3", bald, 200 lbs. Wallin left his home near the 1100 block of Bryant Ave. on foot July 31, 10 p.m. and has not returned. No cell phone or Rx with him. Call 911 with any information.
