I made "Yaad" intentionally about the 'mundane'. Alot of what we locally see as just regular is very unique to our island (Jamaicans in general are very unique imo) and i think it deserves likkle celebration. I wanted to include a dog in the bg but ran out of time :<.

Castries Market. A place to buy food, food, drink, sculptures and even fridge magnets. We took some artistic licence combining different parts of the market in one scene. Matt vince masterfully captured the essence and feel of the place.
