March 3, - Martyr's Day. But; 1. We use pictures of soldiers in guns, boots, & helmets to remember ordinary unarmed Malawians. 2. The Bible was used to colonize us, but we use the same Bible to remember our heroes. I expanded on this in today's Daily Times newspaper article.

I had a successful public lecture at University of Malawi (UNIMA) on Feb 28 with the Theology students. I challenged them to use their Theology knowledge to save Malawi from its overly obsession with religion. "Prayer isn't a reason for rainfall", I said. Thank you UNIMA! 🍒
