As Joshua Reese points out, TN families can apparently use vouchers for their students to enroll in a virtual school. TN Governor Bill Lee and the legislature have historically been very clear that in-person teaching is their preference, so this seems odd.

TN’s kindergarten cutoff age for school enrollment is 5 years old before August 15th, unless a school director approves a student with a birthdate before Sept. 30. The voucher ad indicates students who are 5 before Sept 30 may enroll.
