These licenses are essentially small businesses designed to allow marginalized or under-represented individuals to participate in the legal marijuana market. Microbusiness licenses will be issued only to eligible individuals and entities and will be awarded by lottery drawing.

We're talking to attorney Dan Viets of Missouri NORML about about cannabis expungements. Missouri courts have processed 40k+ expungements, but many missed a June 8 deadline. "There are many counties across the state that are clearly making good faith efforts," Viets said.
