This has been some journey. As a nation, we were united in a belief that we can achieve something special after the hardest of years. It wasn't meant to be, but this team is just getting started. They will continue to make you proud, both on and off the pitch.

Booing and racially abusing the fine young men that play for our country and have given us so much pleasure and joy over the last month is not being an @england fan. That goes for the pathetic fighting at the ground too. It’s a minority but it’s a loud one and it’s embarrassing.

I’m excited to implement my non-participant lanyards with my PE students this upcoming fall! An idea adapted from Isabel Woods 💪🏼 I love this idea! Eager to see how students respond.

The teachers who have the biggest impact on kids, practice empathy. They don’t just teach their students; they try to understand them.

We really deserve 3 day weekends. Day 1: do nothing - recharge after the work week. Day 2: get all the chores done because we’ve all got shit to do. Day 3: for fun! Spend it doing something that makes you happy.
