At the weekend, my son was diagnosed as autistic, with suspected ADHD (as the more dominant profile but too young to test). Demand avoidance. Potential developmental cordination disorder. I'm pretty tired. Not convinced that this job is compatible with the parenting he needs.

Think I hit this weeks Peloton goals. Keeping it at 3 active days as I want to do every other day. But may increase to 1.5 hours goal time.

My garden windows are like a spider hangout. Literally nowhere to be seen in the day then come sundown boom.

The most important part of this is the increase in activity compared to last month. The challenge is maintaining it when school starts.
