SPAR CUP | Today is the regional round of the SPAR Cup at Toryglen It is amazing to have over 200 girls from across the 5 local authorities in the west region taking part for a place in the national finals next year

On Wednesday night, we had 2 squads competing in the S1-S3 East Renfrewshire Girls Football Festival ⚽️ Both teams played brilliantly, ending the night undefeated 👏

Our PE department were in early this morning to perfect their technique in preparation for social dance starting on Monday! 💃🕺🏼

Pupils from our Cluster Primaries enjoyed getting to know one another and showing off their skills at our first Girls Football session this evening ⚽️👋

Just over a month ago, I took these pictures after my first teaching interview. I’m almost certain the big smile was just for getting through it alive 😂 It turns out, I had more reasons to smile than that… as I start my first permanent job on the Isle of Mull in August! ☀️⚽️

One of the highlights of my NQT year has been coaching this wonderful bunch of young people ⚽️ Feeling very lucky to have played even the smallest part in their school and footballing journeys ☺️

NQT year ✅ Overwhelmed by the kindness shown from pupils this week, knocking the base door on several occasions with gifts! 🥹 Some of the cards certainly brought a tear to my eye - I have been so fortunate to work with such amazing young people all year 😇 Next stop… Mull!
