One of my favourites! Really enjoyed introducing Ki o Rahi to the PE trainees yesterday. Such a brilliant Māori game with so much potential to explore and adapt. One of my go to activities every year. 🇳🇿

We had a bounce today ahead of the Trampolining course in Half Term! Great to get the basic trampolining skills under our belt in front of the course! Obviously inclusive of a swivel hips competition!🤸‍♂️

Not a bad 24 hours. Quick trip back to Plym for Varsity, coming back with a 6-2 win 😍 Couldn’t be prouder of the girls, they all put an absolute shift in. Been an honour to be their Club Captain this year alongside C Glenn 🏆 What better way to end my journey with MLFC 🤍
