Telling children to suppress their emotions by. It's not ok to be angry,be impulse,be irrational, act your age doesn't teach emotional regulation. Disciplining a child for experiencing emotional dysregulation exacerbates behaviour probs making them unhappy,trapped,isolated🧠🌱
