Exactly a year ago I assessed a gentleman who was really struggling with alcohol addiction & mental health. He took his own life in February 😞 I’ve thought about him so much over the year, but especially so today 💙 For anyone struggling - please reach out & talk to someone xx

Won’t lie, I’m not ready for everyone to go back to work/school next week. The roads have been so quiet that my drive to work has been brilliant & has taken half the time it normally does. I’m not mentally prepared to sit in traffic again 😩
