Last week our students completed baseline fitness testing and chose 1 area to improve by setting a SMART Goal. Now we’re building those goals into warm-ups & workouts all year long. Excited to see their progress when we retest in the winter and spring! 🌟 🎯

We met Matt from US Rugby at last year’s NYSAHPERD conference, and after staying in touch, we were able to bring their team to OMS to introduce rugby to our classes. Our students loved it and we hope to implement rugby into our curriculum in the future! OSD Athletics, Physical Education and Health
