My class decided to create a challenge on Tuesdays thanks to the St. Alphonsa Catholic Elementary School FDK team! Two students stayed to help clean up before lunch 💕🙏🏽

One more sleep until St. Alphonsa Catholic Elementary School Book Swap! I'm so excited, I'm not sure I'll be able to sleep! 🥹 We have around 200 books donated and waiting for new homes! 🎉🥳📚

Book Tasting started today! The cafe is open Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon this week... Might consider doing a pop-up for grades 4 & 5 👀👀

For Literary Duo Day, we created our own futuristic fairytale where the Toronto Blue Jays win the World Series ⚾🏆🎉 I'm always so hopeful!

Some Library Council kids created a Which Character Is It? game for morning announcements and it was not very easy... But SO much fun!!!

Our new Lenten challenge... This one is great for building respect towards others. ❤️

My class "read" (read aloud video) then started watching Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson... Started creating our own stories just like Harold! 🫟🖍️ (There's no purple crayon emoji 😞)

Time Travel Thursday was fun! I was the Cloud (future title: The Thunderhead from the Arc of a Scythe trilogy by Neal Shusterman)... It's the benevolent and all-knowing leader of the future ☁️🧠👀🔮
