I keep experiencing the same thing. Places/people using buzzwords like #Inclusive #Wellbeing #Bekind #TraumaInformed but I've come to realise that in reality these you could say 'values' are never applied or if they are they are done so very poorly 🤔.

Stop saying wellbeing and start saying decent working conditions.

Stop saying wellbeing and start saying making working lives better.

Stop saying wellbeing and start saying caring for staff.

Stop saying wellbeing and start saying keeping staff working in the NHS.
