66yr/f hx of a cystic lesion - pancreatic head 5.6 cm. A Whipple procedure was performed and a 5.7cm ill-defined multiloculated cystic mass involving the main pancreatic duct was identified by gross examination.

HSIL

• Nucleoli can be tricky because it can be seen in reactive conditions.

• But sometimes they can be seen in HSIL esp when it involves endocervical glands

50ish y/o male, large adrenal mass, no hormone production, adrenal cortical carcinoma suspected from preoperative imaging.

Histology: tumor with trabecular to lobular growth, mild nuclear atypia and pale eosinophilic cytoplasm.
