Too often, we put things off, telling ourselves that we'll get to them eventually. But the truth is, there is no better time than NOW to take action and start making progress towards our goals.

I was born with an innate inner freedom, which my inherent ability to decide how I experience each moment of my life.

I have the ability to be at peace, even when life is difficult or painful.

Happiness is a choice. I choose to be happy.

There is no better day than today to do the things I’ve been putting off.

I wake up early every day so that while others are dreaming, I can make my dreams come true.

Say it over and over until I believe it. Then I will become it.

Anything another person has overcome or accomplished is evidence of what’s possible for me.
