We tracked Glassdoor ratings after ~100 layoffs in 2022-3 and lo & behold: employee satisfaction drops sharply immediately after layoffs, falling 4% in the first 30 days post-layoff. Perhaps more surprisingly, satisfaction stays low even half a year post-layoff. 1/3
