Very early 5:30am start this morning, trip to office then trip to a supplier. All done and completed, home for an afternoon meeting. Roads were quiet today.

Anyone driven the Strata Florida trail in Wales? Thinking of booking a guided tour to take the Defender on a challenge. Also a Salisbury Plain trip available. Any thoughts?

Very busy weekend ahead, football match and a rugby festival. The rugby festival is a session for players and coaches. #Rugby #Coaching

Tomorrow I shall be roasting chicken thighs, full of flavour and lots of spices. With a few accompaniments. #Food #SundayCooking

Roast chicken thighs in the air fryer. Roast potatoes, carrots and a few onions. With some rather splendid tender stem broccoli. Plus my own special gravy. All assisted by my small person sous chef. That’s a good roast late lunch / dinner.
