We started off November with fitness stations that focus on strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance! Students are enjoying the new rock wall and as always, videos from Phys.Ed.Review !!

So happy to have gotten our turkey trot in yesterday before the rain. Students and staff enjoyed the time outside getting physical activity and celebrating with the whole school community. Today we were able to collect a truckload of items for the Ashland Food Pantry! 🏃🦃
