Lovely walk around Morpeth this afternoon, Morpeth Social Walking Group. Everyone welcome. We meet at 2pm in Greystoke surgery and finish with Tea/coffee in the glorious seating area opposite St James Church.

The new Mind and Sole Hub in Alnwick which has recently just opened. We Deliver various classes, offer support groups and course. Open to everyone. Here are a few classes/groups.

Once again Mind and Sole has been refused funding, because I didn't put the right word in, or I missed a dot. We work every day to help people living with a mental health illness, helping anyone in crisis. But not good enough for the funders. We need support for grassroot groups.
