Monday we sequenced the #nCoV2019 genome of the first Belgium case with Oxford Nanopore MinION. Suspected sample received @ 9 pm, confirmed and full genome out @ 5 am. From suspected sample to result in 8 hours. All thanks to our great team KU Leuven, and protocols of ARTIC Network
