It’s very rare that you get to meet the composer of the music you are singing, but yesterday we had the privilege of doing just that. Michael Higgins has written a beautiful piece for us to sing at a special event in June. Thank you for coming to visit us Michael.

We had a visitor to our rehearsal this week. Luke Francis organises the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at Kilkhampton Church, Bude. We are excited to announce that we have been invited to take part in this event in November. More information to follow later in the year!
In a few days we will be performing a piece of new music from Michael Higgins. Michael has created ‘In Flanders Fields’, a bespoke composition for our choir to perform at the Menin Gate, Ypres. Thank you for the music, we are all very much looking forward to singing its debut.

On Saturday 24th June we will be performing as part of the Armed Forces Day 🇬🇧 celebrations in Rock Park, Barnstaple. The The Veterans Charity are hosting this fun filled day, so come along and catch our performance at 1pm.
