Relentless focus, to your core.
Doubting the capacity of what you might do
And yet suddenly... you've done 26.2

Mercy me it is a little chilly still. Bring on the warmer evenings to match the lighter evenings!

That post interval banana bread & coffee treat! Highly recommend having a “treat” ready post hard session - makes it that much sweeter and always great to have an incentive to look forward to ♥️

Still getting over the awe felt this weekend, running in the Lake District.
