Honestly, a lot of crazy things happened today. But the craziest, in my opinion? Taryn Parks winning the mile, dropping 7 seconds off her PR, and running faster than anyone in US this year, sixth best all-time: 4:39.05. Taryn's performance today was incredible.

Travis beat us to it this time! Strangio’s time is indeed the fastest 3200 all-time in March. NXN Champ Liam Anderson also finished 2nd in 8:56.88, the 11th fastest March 3200 all-time.

Matthew Boling continues to perform at incredible levels. This time, he pocketed his second straight 25-foot-plus long jump, only this time it was wind-legal 25-2.50 No one in the country jumped 25 feet last year. Boling has done it twice in 2019 already.
