If Tim Walz walks out onstage wiping his hands on a greasy rag because he just fixed the transmission on the campaign bus, we win all 50 states

#Philadelphia is where the American experiment was codified, but could also be the place where it ends... #ElectionDay #USA

Michael was one of the early champions on council for zoning reform. His policy here aligns with what I posted yesterday. There is room for adjustments to infill policy. Good design & gentle density across residential areas plus a big push in TOD areas will retain affordability.

Well this is interesting. After campaigning for over a year and spending a ton, Cartmell hasn’t increased his numbers. Knack has the NDP hardcore vote. The others don’t matter. Walters seem to have momentum and the only one gaining support. Lots of time to go.

Andrew Knack This is a bit rich, coming from the candidate backed by the Working Families third party which is currently running attack ads against me.
