We have had ideas for the last five years, almost all of which have been rejected by @GovRicketts. I know because I have sat in days of Judiciary Committee hearings as his officials oppose them. He won’t do anything because it will cost money so he will risk all of our safety.

And all are in drastic need of human scale amentity improvements. When will the city of Omaha force the hand?
