What does it mean to find the "flow state" as a trader? I am starting to have a feel for it... @traderspostinc

I highly recommend producing vs consuming and being on the other side of this by live streaming your own trading. I do it 4 days a week and it keeps me more accountable, disciplined, and transparent about the journey. Moreover, I have my own streams to go back to and review.
