Hey BBC Radio 6 Music - I just ran my first 5k yesterday after doing Couch to 5k! Couldn't run for 2 mins at the start of lockdown and never run before and said it would be the apocalypse before I started. Now I run for 30 mins +. If I can do it, anyone can.
