The Council of Deans of Health has created high level principles for use of generative AI in healthcare education. ‘The problem (with AI) isn’t the technology, it’s misaligned incentives that reward compliance over authentic learning’ says Prof Michel Rowe from University of Lincoln, UK Royal College of Midwives 💙

Several of our HEI partners have included AI within assignments to support learners in exploring appropriate use of AI in own learning. Significant education required in this area as seeing ⬆️use of AI in assignments & 'reflections'/ePAD/eMORA completion, without understanding.

Most change plans don’t even consider or mention resistance to change. Yet it should be a primary focus in all our change interventions. Every change initiative starts out weak & vulnerable, without a track record of success. People are suspicious. They already have everyday
