Quickest time since mid-June today (13/8) LutonWardownParkrun - not bad after 4 hours sleep after our daughter’s wedding yesterday. 27:11 for 5k. 125th out of 361 participants. 7th in age group (“running on empty today” group) - there are definitely more oldies these days.
