Most brands think they have “good SEO” They don’t. They’re just ranking for branded terms... The ones they’re supposed to rank for. Good SEO = new, non-branded revenue.

Think your content or backlinks are great? If you’re not ranking, Google disagrees. Make them better or you'll never rank.

Good SEO isn’t complicated. It’s just reverse engineering what’s already working... And doing it better. Seriously... Here’s the process: Step 1: Google your target keyword. Look at who’s ranking in positions 1-3. Then ask: - What type of page is it? (Blog? Category?

The money in SEO is in the gaps. - Content gaps. - Backlink gaps. Fill them and you’ll outrank your competitors. Simple. But difficult to execute.

Don’t expect to rank if you’re not building backlinks. Your competitors are. Unless you’ve got something they don’t… You’re not outranking them.

Too many SEOs chase blog rankings. But blog posts rarely drive revenue. If you want real growth? Rank your shopping pages. Stop chasing vanity metrics. Start chasing sales.

Traffic ≠ Revenue. I’ve seen sites with millions of visitors make less than those with 10k. If your traffic doesn’t convert, it’s worthless. Don’t chase clicks. Chase profit.

Rookie ecom SEO mistake: Tons of good content. Zero internal links. Internal links guide both users and search engines. Don’t waste your content. Link them together.

Most brands fail at SEO because they quit too early. Two months in... they give up. But SEO can take time. If you’re not in it for at least 6 months, don’t bother. SEO isn’t hard. Staying consistent is.

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 28 Haven't been posting consistently, but the brand is slowly scaling. Found a winning product category, so I've been doubling down: - More sub-categories. - More related products. Did ~$1,300 in revenue @ 3.18 ROAS over the last 4 days. Not much yet,

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 29 ~$900 in revenue today @ 11.80 ROAS 2 big orders came through. It pays to have a few high-ticket products mixed in. Google only spent about 65% of my daily budget though. Probably balancing out after overspending the last few days. Still going to
